Arcade's precision metal stamping service combines the experience of our toolmakers with our dedication to quality to produce components that reliably exceed the standards of our customers. Using progressive tooling and compound/secondary tooling to produce miniature/small parts and large sheet metal pieces, we are able to offer quick turnarounds on prototypes and production runs.

Our material list includes galvanized, galvannealed, cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper and silver. Presses have a range of 45 - 200 tons, maximum bed length of 72", and a maximum bed width of 42". We can produce parts with thicknesses ranging from 0.005" to 0.25" with close or precision tolerances.

Tool design and manufacturing services by Arcade provides engineering expertise and technical support to create a working partnership for manufacturing the parts you need quickly and cost effectively. Prototypes are turned around quickly making the production process move smoothly and efficiently. We also provide tool history documentation and maintenance of dies and tooling fixtures.

We use progressive and compound dies and fabricate checking fixtures, welding fixtures, inspection gauges/fixtures, assembly fixtures, and machining fixtures. Our facility utilizes wire EDM and computer driven machining to turn tool steel into industrial components. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility can accommodate material up to 72" long and 42" wide with close or precision tolerances. We also offer additional services including machining, welding, finishing, and assembly.
